Most rental items are included in the New Nordic's rental program, but we also offer other owners to market their rental item through our system.

All contracts for rent that will be done via Thailand holiday occurs directly between tenant and landlord (owner, New Nordic rental program), and Thailand Vacations has no responsibility for these agreements.

He will always be there and help you with whatever needs you have.

Kurt Svendheim took over the operation of the Nordic in the last minute in 2009 and has made ??many positive changes in a short time.

Kurt Svendheim is running the resort under the new name New Nordic. The house owners in the old Nordic system was happy to get the new Management in place and welcome the further cooperation with New Nordic.

Although the old Nordic is divided up as owners they are all still under New Nordic umbrella and there are about 115 units for rent and some Resale in New Nordic. New buildings are under construction as the New Nordic VIP-1, where it has been fully sold and tenants allready moved in. Sale in New Nordic VIP-2 & 3 is going well and the construction start soon.
